Tabouleh (kisir) recipe

Tabouleh (kisir) recipe

Tabouleh, known as “kisir” in Turkey, ┬áis a light and refreshing salad that can be eaten at anytime of the day. It is made with cracked wheat; fresh veggies; olive oil and traditional seasonings. It can be served with pita bread; or romaine lettuce for a fuller look or just simply with a fork. I personally suggest to taste as you go along in preparation for any other additional preferences.

It is important that you thoroughly wash and drain the vegetables before adding them.
